TECHIIA has joined an educational project for employees of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, which is based on the knowledge exchange with IT companies. The project is designed to develop hard and soft skills in the project teams of the Ministry and to highlight the specifics of the IT industry.
The project was launched in January 2021 initiated by the IT Ukraine Association. And this June, TECHIIA joined the project.
TECHIIA’s Chief Design Officer Ivan Rohovchenko created training on the role of design in project teams and how to utilize it. Alexander Taranenko, the Creative Director of the holding, told how to capture the interest of the audience with the help of design. And Volodymyr Dedyshyn, the Communications Lead, shared the secrets of online reputation management and the use of a personal brand to promote educational initiatives.
"The evolution of IT education is one of the key goals of the IT Ukraine Association for 2021. And this is natural because according to conservative , the IT industry is in need of 50 thousand + specialists in Ukraine every year. The effective growth of the IT industry can be achieved with the synergy of the state, the business, and education. That is why the joint project of the Association with the Ministry of Education and Science is one of the tools of effective interaction and knowledge exchange in the context of IT education development. We are very grateful to TECHIIA and all the members of the IT Ukraine Association, who have been sharing their experience with project teams of the Ministry for six months now,” comments Kostiantyn Vasyuk, an Executive Director of the IT Ukraine Association.
