International holding TECHIIA supported the creation of Techosystem — an association of technology companies in Ukraine. The goal is to contribute to the development of the startup ecosystem and innovation infrastructure, as well as to establish Ukraine as one of the digital leaders in Europe.
Techosystem was created at the initiative of companies such as Brise Capital, Center42, Genesis, Sigma Software, Ukrainian Bridge, Vacuum Deep Tech Acceleration, and the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine. Among the tasks is the development of the startup ecosystem and innovation infrastructure, as well as the establishment of Ukraine as one of the digital leaders in Europe.
TECHIIA holding has become one of the partners of the association along with Qollabe, Genesis, and Sigma Software.
"Our tech sector undergoes the toughest trials of crises and war, demonstrating flexibility, resilience, and talent. To be even more effective, a healthy alliance of business and state efforts is needed. I hope this new project will strengthen and facilitate the expansion of Ukrainian products and services on the global markets," said CEO of TECHIIA, Yevhen Nikolaichuk, at the initiative's presentation.
The first project of Techosystem will be the presentation of Ukrainian startups at the SelectUSA Summit conference within the USAID Program "Competitive Economy of Ukraine."
"Techosystem is intended to unite product and service companies, venture funds, incubators, accelerators, and other players in the technology ecosystem to provide them with opportunities for dialogue and cooperation," says Kateryna Hrechko, Executive Director of Techosystem. "We started with the Ukrainian Tech Ecosystem Overview, where we gathered up-to-date data on all stakeholders in the Ukrainian tech industry. Currently, we are deepening our project activities, including promoting technology companies worldwide."Recall that in 2020, TECHIIA Holding and the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine
