The BUSINESS magazine alongside the HR Forum Association honored the best employers of Ukraine for the sixth time. For the second year in a row, the TECHIIA international technology holding is in the top 20.

"For the first time, the interviewed top-level managers talked about the balance between work and personal life, mentioned that their subordinates, in addition to work responsibilities, also have family responsibilities. Finally, employers thought about solutions that will have consequences and remain important in the upcoming years. The best of these decisions became the winners of our rating," the organizers of the rating emphasize.

The Expert Council, which was formed of HR specialists, heads of recruitment agencies, representatives of the public and private sectors was the one to choose the best companies out of 200 nominees. The business.ua portal readers voted as well.

TECHIIA also took 3rd place in the "Innovation in HR'' nomination due to the introduction of work/game balance at work. Since 2018, the holding companies have been using esports as an HR tool to form strong and cohesive teams. In particular, there are regular in-house CS:GO and Dota 2 tournaments and other popular esports disciplines being held.

On the contrary, our team’s productivity and efficiency increase, because the connection and mutual understanding between different department teams are strengthened during the game.
